Sleek Curious Palette: Are you Curious?!

Hey hey!

Well I'm an excited little bunny today! A little while ago I won the Sleek Safari Palette contest giveaway with a look I did using the Safari Palette. I got my the new Limited Edition Sleek Curious Palette today! Check this beauty out:-

Again Sleek has gone for an interesting colour choice which will be fun to play with. It's the same good quality we're used to.

Swatches for you:-

This is the penultimate palette for Sleek this year. It will be available in Superdrug from the 5th of August. The others sold out real quick. Make sure you get yours too!

Barry M pressed pigment palette

I've been collecting Barry M pigments for ages now. I think out of the whole range I only have 3 left to get and I do not like the Glitter dusts....have no clue how to make them work. So one day after I'd been reading up on pressing pigments I decided I would press my Barry M ones. That would mean I would

1. use them all
2. avoid spilling anything
3. see the colours a bit more clearly
4. save on space in my kit when taking it out to clients.

Brilliant! So I bought an empty palette and EZ-press medium from Coastal Scents and proceeded through trial and error to make the palette.

oh.my.days.

trial and error my friends. i think i started off putting in too much of the stuff so the shadows were extra greasy BUT i used a paper towel to press them firstly and that removed a lot of the excess oil. and they seemed to have pressed fine! I'll use the palette today and see how it goes. I am chuffed to bits!!!
